Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout based on your jurisdiction. Ashanna Press is not responsible for any fees charged by your financial institution in connection with your purchase.

Digital Products are delivered via email or direct download following payment confirmation. If you do not receive access within 24 hours of purchase, please contact us using the information in Section 13.

06 / Refund Policy

Due to the digital and downloadable nature of our Products, all sales are generally considered final once a digital Product has been accessed or downloaded.

Refunds are considered under the following limited circumstances:

• The Product was not delivered and cannot be accessed after reasonable troubleshooting
• The Product received is materially different from its description
• A duplicate charge was made in error

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase by contacting us with your order number and a description of the issue. We reserve the right to deny requests that do not meet these criteria.

For physical products (print books), standard return conditions apply. Items must be returned in original condition within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item was received damaged or incorrectly fulfilled.
